At Chronos Stores, we work extremely hard to guarantee your satisfaction. Returns are challenging processes for both customers and vendors. We stand behind the products we sell, but if you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, please return it within 3 days of receipt.

Note that some conditions apply and not all products are eligible for return; please read below our return policy.


Any item to be returned must be in original new condition, unused, unassembled, unmodified, and in the original packaging material and with its original tags to qualify for a refund or exchange. If an item is not in this condition, it may not be eligible to be returned under the contrary listed conditions above. When returning products, please carefully pack your item to ensure it is not damaged in transit.

The below categories are final sales and cannot be returned, canceled, or exchanged:

  • Decals
  • Customized/Design Your Own Items
  • Final Sale Items
  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page)

Any special items are considered a custom order, and this return policy does not cover products once the order is confirmed on the Chronos Stores website.

Time to return a product to Chronos Stores.

You have 24 hours to notify us that you want to return your product after its reception. All items sold on Chronos Stores can be returned within a period of 3 days from the delivery date. Please keep your receipt email or print.

PLEASE NOTE: Where an order is returned by a customer the shipping fees will be deducted from the down payment in addition to a 5% handling charges.

If you wish to return an item larger than you are able to carry, you must contact our Customer Service Representative no less than (1) business day prior to the return so that we can accommodate and give you instructions for your return. We reserve the right to deny any return if these procedures are not properly followed.

How to return a product?

If your return meets all the requirements, your returns can be initiated by contacting our Customer Service via live chat.

Don’t forget to fill the return form on this page and our representative will revert back to you.

NOTE: If the product came with a free promotional item, then the promotional item must also be returned.

What are the documents needed for returning an item?

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, receipt etc.)
  • Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance eligibility met (check out below)
  • Refund details and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)
  • Return form (supplied by our Customer Service) returned with the product

Should there be any item damaged due to our transportation, please contact our customer service within 24 hours for claim purposes. Remember to send back all items including the free promotional items that came with the purchase. If forgotten, the return will not be accepted.

Once your product is retrieved we will perform a quality check.

If the quality check is successful, we will refund you according to your requested refund method or the product will be replaced with its equivalent at no extra cost provided that the good was damaged during transit. This will happen within 7 days starting from when your return request was submitted.

Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back your product.

Conditions and Reasons to Return an Item

You may want to return your item due to any of the following reasons:

  • Order mix-up
  • Wrong size or design of product
  • Product damage during transportation/delivery

How do I send my product to Chronos Stores?

We will arrange a pick-up at your convenience within 24 hours after you submit the return request.

Note that for pick-up, we will make 2 scheduled attempts.

However, after 2 pick-up attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and you will not be able to return your product to us anymore.

How do I track my return status?

You can track return status using the tracking number provided to you by our logistics partner or via our Order Tracking tool

How long is the quality evaluation process?

Refund process only begins after our Quality Check team has completed the evaluation of your returned item.

We will make sure that your product meets all the requirements for a return as stated in our policies.

This quality evaluation process may take up to 24-48 hours.

Is my product under warranty?

NOTE: We encourage you to carefully check full description of the items and confirm it will meet all your expectations before placing your order.

Some vendors do offer warranty on their products.
